Kathy currently serves as the Procedures Manager to the CH2M Hill Plateau

Remediation Company (CHPRC) contract on the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Site. In her current position, she is responsible for the CHPRC procedure development, revision, and use processes.  She manages procedure writers who maintain approximately 7,000 procedures covering administration, maintenance, operations, surveillance, and deactivation and decommissioning for the CHPRC.  She has over 15 years experience working in the DOE nuclear industry, focusing on procedure development, training development andimplementation, requirements-based assessments, and business process redesign.  Kathy has provided guidance and expertise to projects across a number of DOE sites, including Hanford, Rocky Flats, Oak Ridge, Savannah River, and the Idaho National Laboratory.
