Operations Training Manager

With a background in construction and maintenance, Dave has been actively involved in management, adult education, and training in various capacities for over 20 years.  His training background includes instructor, designer, evaluator, manager, consultant, and university adjunct faculty.  Dave’s management background includes oversight and guidance for Department of Energy (DOE), non-profit, and for-profit businesses in areas such as business development, training, compliance, and leadership development.  Dave has been instrumental in providing clients with training, conflict resolution, communications, and leadership development. 

 

Dave has a B.S. in Business with an Adult Education specialty; an MBA with emphasis in Managerial Leadership, as well as advanced postgraduate education in applied behavioral science.  In addition, Dave has Washington State Vocational Teaching Certification and is a DOE Emergency Support Function 12 (ESF-12) volunteer.
